Date Died:  2-16-2011

Cause of Death:  This chin was between 17 and 18 years of age.  Michael was a wonderful chinchilla.  He was sweet and calm and gentle and just one of the best little critters I have ever had the pleasure of caring for here.  He just got old and seemed to wear out. 

He was here for almost 8 years and I never had a problem with him.  I'm glad that he got to have such a long life and I wish he would have stayed with us longer.  Even up until the day he passed away he was playful and friendly.   I'm really going to miss him, but he had a long wonderful life and I can't feel bad about that!
